Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Westborough

We are hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for a leading manufacturing client in the Westborough, MA area.

• Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.
• Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes.
• Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
• Work with groups ranging from 2-8 people.

Entry Level (1 year experience):

• The entry level positions require one year experience in a manufacturing environment.

Senior Level (5+ years experience):

• Senior positions require 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience wiring electrical panels and/or electrical sub-assemblies.
• Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
• Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical wiring work.
• Experience with complex panels, multiple components and large wire run lists.

• High School diploma or GED with experience, prefer technical school.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hand/Eye coordination with some mechanical dexterity.
• Exposure to hand tools and power tools.
• Exposure to work instructions and blueprints is a plus.
• Experience with large scale capital equipment is a plus.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Level I: $19.00‑$21.00 (Depending on Experience).

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Level II: $21.00‑$26.00 (Depending on Experience).
