• Assemble mechanical and electro‑mechanical products using written work instructions and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Read engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Install hardware, wiring, cables, and mechanical components.
• Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures.

• 6+ months of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings is a plus.
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
