The EM Assembler II position is located in Westborough, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a precision manufacturing environment known for its commitment to quality and innovation in electrical and mechanical assembly.

1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

$23- $26/hourly

• Follow detailed written instructions for assembly operations using bills of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Utilize company-supplied hand and power tools to assemble and fabricate products.
• Construct electrical panels and boxes according to specifications.
• Ensure products are assembled per established process specifications.
• Collaborate with teams of 2-8 people during assembly tasks.

• High School diploma or GED; technical school experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good hand/eye coordination and mechanical dexterity; familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
