Westborough, MA– 01581 (Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Schedule Options:
Monday to Friday Pay: $18-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and products using physical observations and available data. Perform fault finding, root-cause analysis, debugging, installation troubleshooting, and equipment/product repairs. Assemble first-article builds, test fixtures, racks, wiring, and related hardware with accuracy and traceability. Conduct detailed hardware inspections and identify, document, and escalate discrepancies. Maintain and update SOPs to reflect process improvements and operational changes. Collaborate with engineering teams on tooling, consumables, test setups, and process optimization.

Execute defined manufacturing processes while identifying and escalating deviations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help improve production processes. Follow all quality, safety, documentation, and equipment-handling requirements.

Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, fault finding, equipment installation, repair, or debugging. Experience working in a manufacturing, production, testing, or industrial environment. Ability to independently manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow complex technical documentation and SOPs. Working knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail when inspecting, assembling, and documenting hardware. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 7+ hours per shift, and use handheld scanners. Benefits:
