Job Overview
Bayada Home Health Care is seeking a Full‑Time Admissions (SOC) Registered Nurse (RN) to perform OASIS Starts of Care for adult and geriatric patients in the Westborough, Massachusetts area and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities- Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet.
- Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Medicare‑certified Home Health experience required.
Base Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per point depending on qualifications.
