Resident Care Director

Key responsibilities include staff management, coordinating clinical care plans, providing training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires close collaboration with residents, families, and team members to maintain a supportive and efficient care environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN or RN license
• Prior management experience in an Assisted Living setting
• Strong expertise in Nursing and Case Management to provide and oversee quality care for residents.
• Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine practices to ensure effective coordination of healthcare solutions.
• Experience in Training to mentor and guide caregiving and nursing staff.
• Ability to collaborate with families and act as a resource for care-related decisions.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care services.

$70,000-$105,000 annually
