QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO LTC standards.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a facility of comparable size and complexity is preferred.
- RN license in good standing in Massachusetts.
- Must be able to demonstrate evidence of meeting baseline proficiency in the following competencies:

$112,000-$140,000 annually
