GHR Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Nurse (RN) with a Med-Surg focus for a 13-week home health assignment in Westborough, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts RN license, an associate degree in nursing or higher, and at least 1 year of home‑care RN experience with OASIS documentation proficiency.
You will travel between patient homes with mileage reimbursed and provide education to patients and families. Shift is 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
