Position Summary:

This is a paid internship position within the Merchandising department, offering a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the fast-paced world of retail. We're looking for a creative and detail-obsessed Graphic Design Intern to help bring our brand to life across in-store signage, digital ads, social media, and more. You'll gain hands-on experience designing for a high-energy retail environment while learning how to manage brand assets at scale.

Responsibilities:

1. Design static in-store promotional signage (window posters, shelf talkers, pump toppers, etc.)

2. Create digital marketing assets including email graphics, app banners, website promos, and social media content.

3. Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital teams to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.

4. Support the creative team in concept brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.

5. Assist in photo editing, retouching, and color correction for product and lifestyle imagery.

6. Prepare print-ready files and work with print vendors on specifications and proofing.

7. Assist in managing and organizing the brand asset library, including images, font files, logos, and templates.

8. Participate in creative reviews and accept feedback to refine and improve design solutions.

9. Support the team with resizing, versioning, and adapting creative for various formats and platforms.

10. Stay up-to-date with current design trends in retail, digital, and social media.

Requirements

Minimum Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Figma experience a plus. Fluency and familiarity working within and leveraging the capabilities of leading AI platforms. Strong computer skills. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and an aptitude to quickly learn in-house systems.

* Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Highly organized with an interest in digital asset management.

Other Requirements:

Travel:
Ability to travel independently 0-10%.

Conditions:

Monday - Friday 8 hour day in office setting

Physical Requirements:

Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Consistent with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we're sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Base pay represents just one part of our total rewards approach. We're proud to offer a variety of financial and non-financial benefits that invest in your overall growth, well-being, and career journey.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour (based on academic year and experience).

* Sophomore: $20.00/hour

* Junior: $21.25/hour

* Senior: $22.50/hour
