• Your starting hourly pay rate: $15.00 to $17.50 depending on skills and experience.

• This part‑time position has a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 10–12 hours per week.
• Availability during the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
• Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in multiple retail stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: additional work during Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including some holidays themselves.
• Department resets: assist with installation and relocation of Hallmark fixtures, card departments, and product resets, typically notified two weeks in advance.
• Team support: collaborate with fellow merchandisers as needed.

This role is physically demanding and requires pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally. You will need to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and possibly climb stairs and ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
• Has Wi‑Fi and internet access.
• Has reliable transportation to reach assigned stores.
