Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in product management or commercial leadership within the medical technology sector.
  • Knowledge of imaging technologies, both human and veterinary, along with their clinical applications.
  • Proven track record of product launches and establishing commercial readiness initiatives.
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Openness to international travel (approximately 30%).
  • Comfort in attending surgeries and laboratory environments.
  • Preferably possesses experience in the veterinary or animal health industry.
  • Background in imaging software, digital workflows, or related technologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with global roles that require coordination across various markets and functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or life sciences; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall portfolio strategy for our imaging products including Digital Radiography, C-Arm, CT, and Endoscopy.
  • Establish clear messaging and differentiators for Movora 27s imaging solutions.
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns commercial objectives with technical advancements.
  • Ensure the success of the imaging portfolio regarding adoption rates, revenue, and profitability.
  • Create global sales tools, launch kits, and training resources.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement uniform commercial programs, empowering frontline staff to effectively sell and support imaging solutions.
  • Assist distributors and sales teams with tailored initiatives, workshops, and essential resources.
  • Collect insights from customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and sales teams to fine-tune market strategies.
  • Stay updated on competitive activities and market trends to unveil new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee updates, enhancements, and communications related to both hardware and software offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics (revenue, margin, adoption) and initiate corrective actions as required.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Education, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Distributors to ensure cohesion in operations.
  • Represent Movora at significant industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in imaging, providing internal and external guidance.
