Sales Consultant (Part‑time)

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days. Employees in some states accrue and may roll over sick time.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November–December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proven ability to communicate customer solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel and requires ongoing online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
