Banking Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a sales-focused Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations, grow member relationships, and drive sales of deposits, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven banking professional who enjoys building business, identifying member needs, making recommendations, asking for the sale, and coaching a team

• Drive branch sales through member conversations, referrals, outbound follow-up, and community involvement.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen existing member relationships.
• Work toward individual and branch sales goals and track performance.
• Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and branch performance.
• Coach and motivate staff on sales, product knowledge, and member service.
• Build strong, long-term member relationships and resolve service concerns.
• Assist members with accounts, transactions, lending inquiries, and financial products.
• Ensure branch activities follow credit union policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Previous banking or credit union experience required
  ; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales, cross-selling, relationship management, or business development
  .
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, making recommendations, and asking for the sale.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, team-focused environment.
