We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lab Assistant to support the daily operations of our environmental testing laboratory.

This is an entry-level position
, and no previous laboratory experience is required
. We will provide the training you need to be successful. This role is primarily responsible for washing, drying, organizing, and returning laboratory glassware
. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and helping a team operate efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Wash and clean laboratory glassware according to established procedures.
• Dry, organize, and return clean glassware to the correct laboratory locations.
• Pick up and transport glassware between designated laboratory areas.
• Keep the glassware washing and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Properly dispose of broken glassware according to established health and safety procedures.
• Monitor and restock laboratory supplies and other commonly used materials.
• Help maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Assist laboratory team members with other basic support activities as needed.
• Complete simple documentation or data entry related to assigned work.
• Work cooperatively with laboratory staff and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous laboratory experience required.
• Willingness and ability to learn established cleaning and safety procedures.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands‑on tasks and remain standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment and wear required personal protective equipment, including a lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves.
