Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations, reporting maintenance, hazard, and policy-related issues to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Maintain visibility to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
