Seasonal Security Officer

Securitas seeks Seasonal Security Officers in Worcester to protect people, property, and assets for diverse clients. In this part-time role, you will monitor access points, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and provide professional customer service while enforcing site rules. You'll complete detailed reports, follow safety and emergency procedures, and use security technology as assigned. Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and client property to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe activity
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, including interior and exterior checks
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; follow post orders and escalation procedures
• Observe, report, and document security incidents and suspicious activity accurately and promptly
• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients
• Enforce site rules and regulations while maintaining a calm, respectful presence
• Operate security equipment such as access control systems, radios, and CCTV (as assigned)
• Collaborate with site supervisors, law enforcement, and emergency responders when needed
