Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – On‑Site - Westborough, MA

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Utilizes skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building, systems, equipment and grounds at our client locations, all within proximity of each other. Working under limited supervision, utilizes skills such as carpentry, painting, furniture assembly, locksmith, minor plumbing and electrical.

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Review all work orders submitted. Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair and communicate with requestor. Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all assigned tasks. Schedule vendors as needed.
• Perform daily facility tours, including auditing bathrooms, kitchens and conference rooms. Document findings and proactively recommend appropriate actions for repairs. Ensure facility is maintained to client specifications from an organizational and safety perspective.
• Act as a liaison with work being performed by outside contractors as needed. Contracted work includes snowplowing, remodeling, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, food service, event and equipment setup and breakdown and cleaning.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Occasional weekend work. Support third‑party vendors completing contracted work.
• Travel to other local client locations. 20%.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
