We are seeking an HVAC Technician 1 to join our growing team. This role provides an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to:

• Experience in a customer‑facing service or technician role
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Basic math skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to work after hours and on weekends as required during peak times
• Physical demands may include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job

The hourly wage depends on the agreed rate under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement for this location.
