NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non‑profit human services agency, is currently seeking an Overnight Assistant Residential Supervisor for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA.

Assistant Supervisors are responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the safe running of all shifts, providing supervision of residential counselors, and overseeing the running of shifts in the absence of a Supervisor.

• Oversight of Youth Counselors.
• Running structured program shifts.
• Administrative oversight of daily tasks and procurements.

• Residential counselor experience preferred.
• Two or three years of experience working with similar populations.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
