CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve. This is a Full‑time, 40‑hour/week, non‑exempt position that will be working in our Westborough, MA location. The position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $20/hr this is a fantastic opportunity to receive valuable training to start and advance your career.

Schedule:

Second shifts

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, which may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals outlined in their Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model for clients to support their attainment of a high quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Community Strategies, Reentry Services, Crime & Justice Institute, and Family Reentry, each focused on improving outcomes for clients through evidence‑based programs and collaborative partnerships.

$20–$24 per hour (US)
