About the Role:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will own the entire order fulfillment operation - from receiving and inventory management to the final delivery of every product. You'll lead a team of 4-6 warehouse personnel while staying hands-on, ready to jump on a forklift or assist wherever needed. Your experience in e-commerce fulfillment, eye for efficiency, and Lean mindset will directly shape the customer experience and fuel the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all e-commerce fulfillment operations, including receiving and storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Oversee daily picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accurate order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and complete customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of 4-6 warehouse personnel; manage workflow, quality, and workload balance to keep operations running efficiently
  • Manage production and light assembly operations, including plastic sheet cutting, product kitting, counting, and packaging
  • Utilize WMS and ERP systems to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Use, teach, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices
  • Supervise safe and effective operation of all production and warehouse equipment
  • Monitor efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and drive Continuous Improvement using 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal safety regulations, equipment maintenance requirements, and best practices for a safe, clean environment
What You'll Bring:
  • Operational Leadership:
    Energetic and hands-on, with the ability to lead a team while remaining deeply engaged in day-to-day operations
  • E-Commerce Expertise:
    Proven fulfillment experience including picking/packing, shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory management, and light assembly
  • Process Improvement Mindset:
    Self-motivated to identify and drive improvements; practical experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S
  • Tech Savviness:
    Experience with ERP and WMS systems; familiarity with Net Suite and/or RF-Smart is a plus
  • Adaptability:
    Quick learner who thrives on change and can pivot confidently in a fast-moving environment
  • Attention to Detail:
    Strong focus on quality, accuracy, organization, and cleanliness
Requirements:
  • Trade School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse and fulfillment management role for a small or medium-sized company
  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on fulfillment experience including picking/packing, shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory management, and light assembly
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems;
    Net Suite and/or RF-Smart experience is a plus
  • Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
