Are you an experienced shipping/receiving or warehouse professional, or a recent high school graduate with an interest in robotics and technology?

As our business expands, we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse / Shipping & Packing Associate to support daily operations and help ensure our products ship accurately and on time.

Responsibilities- Pack, label, and ship finished products and components with accuracy and care
- Compile, verify, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify counts against documentation
- Update inventory, orders, and shipments using our Enterprise Management System
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts and basic stock organization
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams as needed
- Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or logistics preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- Comfort using computers and inventory or order management systems (EMS experience a plus; training provided)
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
- Interest in technology, robotics, or manufacturing is a strong plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
