The Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. You will:

Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning through play.

Assist children in developing social, emotional, and practical skills.

Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to development plans.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent).

Has experience working with children aged 0–5.

Is passionate about early childhood development and learning through play.

Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and providing a safe environment.
