KBW Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing client in Westbrook, ME to identify a Staff Accountant to join their team. This position will play a key role in general ledger management and account reconciliations, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Prepare and post journal entries
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Compensation: up to $65k/year, depending on experience.
