Air Temp, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Part‑Time Billing, Collections & Payroll Specialist to join our team in Westbrook, ME. This position has the potential to transition to a full‑time role based on performance and business needs.

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Review service reports and job documentation for billing completeness
• Manage collections, including follow‑up on outstanding accounts and resolving payment issues
• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Respond to billing, collections, and payroll inquiries professionally
• Work closely with service, dispatch, HR, and accounting teams

• Billing, collections, and/or payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and billing/accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Part‑Time position
• Potential for full‑time employment

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
