Business Analyst – Subscription Management Flexible Work Location (Must Reside in Maine) Pay Rate: $43-$52/hr

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Assignment Length:
Long-term temporary assignment through the end of January Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for an opportunity with a globally recognized industry leader? Our client is seeking a Business Analyst – Subscription Management to support key pricing and subscription initiatives that help drive innovation and improve customer experiences. This position offers $43-$52/hr and is a long-term temporary assignment through January.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact business transformation projects, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams to improve pricing strategies, subscription processes, and business operations. Typical Daily Duties:
  • Analyze business goals, requirements, and operational needs related to pricing and subscription management initiatives
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows
  • Partner with business and technical teams to improve processes, support project execution, and ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Create and maintain business requirements documentation, Agile backlogs, and process maps
  • Support testing efforts, requirements traceability, stakeholder communication, and project updates
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6+ years of business analysis, project management, product support, or related experience
  • Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories/BRDs, and working with JIRA or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in process improvement, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience with subscription management, pricing, billing, or commercial systems is a plus
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and actionable solutions
