Camp Kippewa is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to serve as Archery Camp Counselor
for this upcoming summer! Located in the scenic surroundings of Monmouth, ME, Camp Kippewa offers a dynamic and supportive environment where girls can grow, gain confidence, and try new things. Join us from June 6 – August 10!
- Lead fun and safe archery sessions for campers of all ages and skill levels
- Teach basic shooting techniques and safety protocols
- Encourage campers as they build skills and confidence on the range
- Help maintain equipment and keep the archery area organized and safe
- Create an inclusive, supportive environment where every camper feels successful
- Experience working with children or in a camp setting preferred
- Previous archery experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with kids outdoors
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Archery certification will be provided during staff training!
