Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from pre construction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all phases of HVAC and plumbing projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofit work
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project costs, manage change orders, review invoices, and oversee owner billings
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and applicable codes
• Lead project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
• Support and mentor field personnel while promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and craftsmanship

• Project management experience in HVAC, mechanical, and/or plumbing construction
• Proven experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued between $500K and $10M+
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping systems, plumbing codes, and construction practices
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management software
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and architectural drawings
• Experience with budgeting, contract administration, billing, and change order management

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent trade experience)
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience with design-build/design-assist delivery methods
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and commissioning processes
