Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

KSW FCU is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to join our team. In this front-line position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional member service while handling a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Maintain accurate member account records and post transactions
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist members with general account inquiries
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Support branch operations with additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred (banking, retail cash handling, or customer service)
• Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of accuracy with numbers and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with data entry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while delivering excellent service

• Consistently balanced cash drawer with minimal discrepancies
• High accuracy in transaction processing and account postings
• Strong member satisfaction through professional and friendly service
• Ability to recommend relevant products and services to meet member needs
