Job Summary

SIGCO is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. The position entails entering orders into our system, reviewing orders for accuracy, answering incoming calls from our existing customer base and other miscellaneous administrative duties in a fast‑paced environment. This is an hourly position and the typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

• Strong data‑entry skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid computer skills that include the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Basic math skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• History of positive performance and reliable attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed.
