The Westbrook School Department is seeking a full‑time Educational Technician III to support our Functional Life Skills programs. The position requires working with students in grades K‑4 in both special education and general education settings, supporting students at varying academic, social, and emotional levels. You will join a devoted, friendly, and collaborative special education team.

• Support students with varying needs in grades K‑4 within special education and general education settings.
• Provide individualized instruction and support to meet academic, social‑emotional, functional, and pre‑vocational needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of curriculum aligned with state standards and evidence‑based programs.

• Maine State Education Technician III Certification (023 or 025).
• Experience working with diverse learners in special education settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
