Instructional Strategist
Congin School is looking for a motivated and dynamic Instructional Strategist with a strong background in data analysis to inform best instructional practices and providing small group intervention. This is a half-time, one year only position. The Instructional Strategist will collect and analyze school data to determine trends and work with staff to offer teaching practices to support student growth. The individual will organize interventions and continuously monitor student progress with those interventions.
They will support and model instructional best practices for teachers. In addition they will support our BARR model with organizing, scheduling, and facilitating meetings. The Instructional Strategist will be working closely with the building Principal to ensure students are meeting growth targets and achieving academic benchmarks.
