Job Title: MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Department: Projects / Engineering
Location: Project Site / HO (as per requirement)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CeCube Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a competent MEP Engineer to manage and execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites. The role involves coordination, supervision, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of MEP activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Execution and supervision of MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) at site
- Review and interpretation of drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
- Coordination with civil, architectural, and other project teams
- Monitoring site progress, manpower, and material usage
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety norms
- Installation and inspection of:
- Electrical systems (cabling, panels, lighting)
- HVAC systems (ducting, AHU, VRV/VRF)
- Plumbing and drainage systems
- Firefighting systems (hydrant, sprinkler)
- Preparation of daily reports, DPR, and progress tracking
- Handling site issues, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors
- Ensuring proper testing, commissioning, and handover
- Maintaining as-built drawings and documentation
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting)
- Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs
- Knowledge of IS standards, NBC codes, and safety regulations
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Problem‑solving and site management ability
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (B.Tech / Diploma acceptable).
- 2–6 years of experience in MEP execution.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Exposure to EPC projects.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Timely completion of MEP activities.
- Quality and safety compliance.
- Minimal rework and defects.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
