Pricing and Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pricing and Billing Specialist to join our team  role requires a strong background in SAP, advanced Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Hybrid: at least two days a week onsite at our headquarters in Westbrook, Maine for candidates within commuting distance.

• Implement pricing into SAP and manage associated controls.
• Input and maintain data in accounts, systems, and databases according to guidelines.
• Audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, making corrections as needed.
• Perform regular reconciliations and data analysis to support pricing and billing functions.
• Generate and maintain reports related to pricing, billing, and collections.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pricing and billing processes.

• Proven experience with SAP and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
