KBW is partnering with a high growth organization in the Portland, ME area, to identify a Finance Manager for their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys going beyond traditional FP&A by working closely with IT leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial decision-making for technology investments.
What you'll be doing- Partner with IT leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Analyze technology spend, capital investments, and operating expenses to provide actionable insights.
- Build financial models and reporting that support strategic decision-making.
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities.
- 7+ years of Finance or FP&A experience.
- Experience supporting IT organizations from an FP&A perspective or prior finance experience within a technology/SaaS environment.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and financial planning systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
