Payroll Specialist
The Westbrook School Department is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our finance team as soon as possible. The Payroll Specialist manages the payroll system and must be a detail‑oriented, dependable member of our collaborative finance team that includes the Assistant Superintendent of Finance, Accountant, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Payroll Generalist.
The Payroll Specialist also collaborates with the Human Resources Department and the Superintendent’s Office in support of our employees. High interpersonal and technical skills are required and knowledge of Infinite Visions software is desirable.
The Payroll Specialist is essential to a school district of over 500 employees.
