Finance Specialist

Tek Systems is currently hiring for an SAP Finance Administrator in the Westbrook, ME area! This position would be 2 days on site in Westbrook (Wednesday being mandatory) and 3 days remotely!

• Pricing implementation into SAP. Understand the commercial offering intended and manage implementation and controls associated to it.
• Data Management:
  Input data into accounts, systems, and/or databases according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Auditing and Validation:
  Audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy to ensure adherence to established policies.
• Discrepancy Resolution:
  Identify and resolve discrepancies, making corrections as needed.
• Reconciliations and Analysis:
  Perform regular reconciliations and data analysis to support pricing and billing functions.
• Reporting:
  Generate and maintain reports related to pricing, billing, and collections.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pricing and billing processes.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience with SAP and billing systems.

  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

Location:

This is hybrid in Westbrook, ME office, 2 days a week in the office. Wednesday is the required day, and the 2nd day of the week is up to the individual. At the start we will try to align with the trainers to be in the same days.

Experience Level: Intermediate

This is a Contract position based out of Westbrook, ME.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
