We are a small, independent, community-governed primary care practice serving a year-round coastal Maine population. Our mission is to provide accessible, relationship-based care that reflects the values of our community. We are not part of a large health system and provide professional autonomy, continuity of care, and long term sustainability.

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care with strong support, reasonable visit workloads, and meaningful involvement in shaping how care is delivered. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking professional satisfaction, community connection, and a sustainable pace of daily practice.

Scope Includes

Qualifications
