Who You’ll Work WithYour primary caseload will include:
- Early intervention (0–3 years)
- Preschool‑aged children (3–5 years)
- Optional opportunities to work with older children in a clinic setting
We intentionally build caseloads that match your strengths, interests, and comfort level. You are never “thrown in” or expected to treat populations you don’t feel confident supporting.

As an SLP at Tiny Triumphs, you will:
- Provide school‑based and/or clinic‑based speech services
- Collaborate closely with families and a supportive clinical team
- Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Honor and support all communication styles, including AAC
- Celebrate progress—big and tiny
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- State of Maine SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC‑SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply!)
- Passion for pediatric, family‑centered care
