Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning

Requirements:
Active Maine Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Doctorate or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
