We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centered

Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management.

Specialty pharmacy experience is not required
-y ou’ll receive focused training as part of a 6-week onboarding program designed to build your confidence and prepare you to thrive in this impactful role.

• Flexibility & Balance:
  Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with no weekend or holiday staffing (pharmacy is closed on Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving). A hybrid remote model is available following the 6-month probationary period.
• Growth-Oriented:
  Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease-state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high-impact areas including:
  • Oncology and Hematology
  • Hepatitis B and C
  • Autoimmune Conditions in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology
  • Asthma and Allergy
  • Pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding Disorders
  • Cystic Fibrosis (CF)
  • Neurologic Conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Epilepsy, and Migraine

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education:
  
  The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
• License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $58.85to $79.63 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
