Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, professional, and responsive employee experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for routine HR matters and ensures the accurate execution of payroll, recruiting coordination, HR systems administration, and compliance processes.

Essential FunctionsOperational continuity is supported through cross‑training and backup support for benefits administration and other HR functions as needed.
This position serves as the first point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits enrollment logistics, policies, and Human Resource processes, escalating complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.
Compliance execution includes I‑9 processing, training tracking, policy acknowledgements, and maintenance of employment documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
The role maintains HR operations and HRIS data integrity by ensuring employee records, system updates, and routine reporting are accurate and timely.
Recruiting coordination includes managing job postings, initial candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer documentation, and onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
This position processes payroll accurately and on schedule, including management of time and attendance data, payroll changes, and routine adjustments, and coordinates with Finance and payroll vendors as required.
Required Skills and KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Practical HR experience with payroll, recruiting coordination, and Human Resource systems required. Experience in a structured or regulated environment preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow established controls, and resolve routine issues independently while escalating appropriately. Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and vendors.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems. Strong customer service and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Human Resource operations, payroll processes, and recruiting coordination. Familiarity with basic Human Resource compliance requirements and documentation standards.
Core Business Hours are 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM
