As a Talent Attraction & Workforce Coordinator
, you will support enterprise recruitment marketing efforts, coordinate the WorXX contingent workforce program, and assist with TA technology adoption-handing ensure IDEXX's talent acquisition operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is essential to keeping IDEXX's talent attraction engine running effectively. By coordinating campaigns, maintaining program data, and supporting TA technology adoption, you help ensure a seamless recruitment experience-enabling IDEXX to attract and onboard the talent it needs to succeed.
In This Role- You will support Talent Attraction efforts by coordinating recruitment marketing and campaign execution tasks, including creating campaign materials, job postings, and channel content.
- You will coordinate logistics for virtual or onsite recruitment events as needed.
- You will track campaign performance data and source metrics to support ongoing reporting and insight-gathering.
- You will support day-to-day coordination of the WorXX contingent workforce program, including onboarding tasks, program data tracking, and routine stakeholder inquiries.
- You will maintain accurate, up-to-date records across WorXX.
- You will assist with TA technology adoption tasks, including basic testing, troubleshooting, and user support, in partnership with the TA Tech & AI team.
- You will support routine operations and compliance tracking and documentation across the pillar.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including interviewing, presentations, and correspondence
- Internet and social media savvy, with experience mining online databases
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidate skills and abilities
- Efficient at managing competing demands, including prioritization, responsiveness, and keeping others informed
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking tool
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Salary Range: $62,000-$65,000 annually
- Annual cash bonus opportunity
