Computer System Analyst

This position supports the implementation, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s infrastructure, systems, and core technology services. In support of the infrastructure team, the incumbent serves as a technical resource responsible for the configuration, support, troubleshooting, and repair of business applications, servers, systems, and related hardware and software platforms.

This role has significant responsibility for operational patch management and vulnerability remediation across the environment, including the identification, prioritization, deployment, validation, and documentation of security updates and corrective actions. The incumbent works closely with teams throughout the organization to maintain the stability, security, and performance of the environment while adhering to established IT policies, procedures, and standards.

This position also assists with maintaining technology standards, recommending process improvements, supporting operational continuity, and participating in 24x7 emergency on-call response.
