Junior SAP SD Functional Analyst

IDEXX IT is seeking a Junior SAP SD Application Analyst to help deliver solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals and ongoing SAP Sales module initiatives. In this role, you will be a key contributor on the Global SAP Sales & Logistics team, driving effective and scalable solutions.

• Manage and optimize end‑to‑end sales and distribution processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP SD modules, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvements.
• Develop, implement, and support continuous business requirements on the global SAP system to tailor SAP to IDEXX’s evolving business.
• Provide production support and project delivery.
• Gather business requirements and perform functional analysis.
• Deliver functional design documents and configure the system.
• Support developers when needed and provide testing support.

• 1+ years of experience with the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Module.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Information Technology degree, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, and pricing.
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA SD is preferred.
• Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP developers.
• Experience in IDoc/EDI processing and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience supporting production incidents, root‑cause analysis, and enhancements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Good to have SAP Test Automation experience (creating scripts and working with the QE Team).

We prefer candidates who can drive to our Westbrook, Maine HQ and are willing to be on site on a flexible hybrid basis of only 8 days per month. Alternatively, we are open to regionally based people (ME, NH, MA) that can work remotely and come to our HQ less frequently than 8 days per month. Candidates outside of New England are not considered at this time.

• Base annual salary target: $80,000 to $100,000 (with flexibility if needed).
