Facilities Associate – Keep Operations Running Smoothly!

Monday–Friday, 6a-2:30p Assignment Length:

We are now hiring a Facilities Associate to support our client IDEXX, a reputable and innovative organization in Westbrook. This position pays $18.50/hour and is a long-term assignment.

Typical Daily Duties:• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Wet/dry cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces using commercial equipment
• Collecting, separating, and disposing of solid and recycled waste
• Reporting maintenance needs and following safety/security protocols
• Assisting with office moves and basic facility repairs
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Previous experience in janitorial/facilities, custodial, or building maintenance
• Knowledge of building services or trade-specific skills/knowledge
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written procedures
