We are now hiring a Facilities Associate to support our client IDEXX
, a reputable and innovative organization in Westbrook. This position pays $18.50/hour and is a long‑term assignment
.
This is a great hands‑on facilities and cleaning role within a well‑known company that offers an onsite cafeteria and a strong culture of innovation.
Typical daily duties:- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
- Wet/dry cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces using commercial equipment
- Collecting, separating, and disposing of solid and recycled waste
- Reporting maintenance needs and following safety/security protocols
Assisting with office moves and basic facility repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Previous experience in janitorial/facilities, custodial, or building maintenance
- Knowledge of building services or trade-specific skills/knowledge
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written procedures
