The Role

Lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who excels at problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering high-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contract documents for constructability, issue RFIs, and mitigate risk early
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost projections
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyouts, and contract negotiations
• Manage submittals, RFIs, permitting, and project documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
• Lead change order execution and ensure scope alignment
• Partner with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and lead project meetings
• Drive project closeout, including inspections, documentation, and financial wrap-up
• Support business development and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multifamily or residential construction
• Affordable Housing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
