What You’ll Do:- Work alongside internal teams and clients to convert client needs into executable, scoped initiatives
- Define and manage operational project strategy, including scoping, resource allocation, estimating, and scheduling, in collaboration with Account Directors and Creative Leads
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects (from simple campaigns to integrated initiatives), ensuring consistency and efficient outcomes and balancing internal capacity with client needs
- Proactively track budgets, monitor milestone timelines, identify project risks, and coordinate external services
- Foster strong internal and client relationships

Qualifications:- Experience:
3+ years of progressive experience in project management within a fast-paced advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment - Integrated campaign experience:
Proven track record of successfully managing complex integrated projects (e.g. digital, print, broadcast, web development) from scoping to launch - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) - Technical skills: strong understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies, experience in project management software and time-tracking/ billing platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
