As the Manager of Regulatory Operational Compliance, you ll oversee the team responsible for preparing global product documentation for a diverse portfolio of veterinary and water diagnostic products - partnering closely with R&D and Lines of Business to keep innovation moving from lab to market, worldwide.

In this role, you will:
Lead and develop a team responsible for the end-to-end creation of product documentation supporting global regulatory submissions
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to assess the global impact of critical product changes
Lead supply chain outreach efforts, partnering closely with procurement teams to ensure regulatory requirements are addressed across the supply base
Develop standard process and align with ERP system function for control of product movement based on regulatory requirements
Represent International Regulatory and Compliance on new product development and product change process, ensuring documents align with requirements
Contribute to high-visibility, cross-functional projects - including initiatives tied to Quality and IDEXX s Quality Management Systems
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree with 3-5 years of experience in regulatory (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and direct regulatory work across competing priorities
Experience with in-vitro diagnostics;
Global regulatory knowledge is a plusA collaborative style backed by excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts, with a knack for turning complexity into clear, workable solutions
Project management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort and confidence working across cultures and geographies
Some travel required; this role is onsite at least 2 days per week
